The Balmain Sports Zone is part of the Sydney East Primary Schools Sports Association.

Welcome back to 2023

We are happy to advise that all aspects of the Representative School Sport Pathway including State Championships can recommence from Term 1, 2023.

Weekly inter-school competitions, knock-out competitions and gala days may also recommence.

Our zone covers 20 schools in the Inner West, covering the council areas of Inner West, City of Sydney and Canada Bay. We are part of the Sydney East Association PSSA.

Balmain P.S.S.A. provides opportunities for students to participate in a range of sports in friendly interschool competitions. Our competitions are used to promote maximum participation and good sportsmanship. Some of our rules are modified to accommodate this.
